- An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes and freight unless noted.
- We may decline or cancel an order affected by a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Gas appliances must be installed by a qualified, licensed professional in accordance with the installation manual and all local codes. Incorrect installation may void the warranty and create safety risks. HearthFrame Fireplaces is not responsible for installation performed by third parties.
5. Warranty
Products are covered by the written warranty supplied with each unit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Dealers
Authorised dealers are independent businesses. Dealer relationships are governed by a separate dealer agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for trade purchases.

All text, images, drawings and branding on this site belong to HearthFrame Fireplaces or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission, except by authorised dealers under their marketing licence.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HearthFrame Fireplaces is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
