- Who can become a HearthFrame dealer?
- We partner with businesses that sell, specify or install hearth products: fireplace showrooms, interiors studios, builders, architects and established online retailers. You don't need a showroom to apply, but you do need a way to present linear fireplaces to clients professionally.
- Is there a fee to join the dealer program?
- No. There is no application fee and no franchise fee. Opening orders and display commitments are discussed individually and scaled to the size of your business.
- Do dealers get protected territories?
- Showroom dealers that carry a working display can qualify for a defined local market. We keep the network deliberately small so each partner has room to grow.
- Can you ship directly to my customers?
- Yes. Approved dealers can choose stocked orders or drop-shipping to the job site, with freight arranged by our team across the contiguous United States and Canada.
- What support do dealers receive?
- Trade pricing, product training for your sales and install teams, dimensioned drawings for specifiers, a photography and copy kit for marketing, and a direct line to a named contact.
- How long does approval take?
- We reply to every dealer enquiry within 2 business days. Most applications move from first call to approval in two to three weeks.
