Where we ship
We currently deliver to the contiguous United States and Canada. For addresses outside these areas, contact sales@hearthframefireplaces.com before ordering.
Processing time
In-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 3–7 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order sizes and finishes carry a lead time that is confirmed in writing before payment is taken.
Freight delivery
- Linear fireplaces and inserts ship palletised by LTL freight carrier.
- The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to sign.
- Standard delivery is curbside. Inside delivery, liftgate or job-site delivery can be arranged at an extra cost.
- Accessories and small parts may ship separately by parcel courier.
Inspect before you sign
Please inspect every pallet and the glass face before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it. Concealed damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
Shipping costs
Freight charges are calculated at checkout or quoted with your order based on destination and pallet size. Dealer shipments follow the terms in your dealer agreement.
